What I build

Five things I do well. Every project ships to production on your accounts, with the code in your repository and no lock-in to me.

Web Application Development

I design and build production web applications end to end — from the interface your users touch to the API and database behind it. Built on Next.js, React and TypeScript, shipped to a real domain with monitoring in place, not left as a prototype.

See details

// you get

  • A complete, responsive web application — frontend, backend API and database
  • Authentication, roles and permissions wired up properly
  • Admin dashboard or CMS so you can change content without calling a developer
  • Payment or third-party integrations (Stripe, Razorpay, CRMs, email)

Custom Application Development

Software built for one business — yours. Internal dashboards, operations tools, portals, and mobile apps that replace the spreadsheet-and-WhatsApp workflow your team has outgrown. Built to fit your process instead of forcing your process to fit an off-the-shelf product.

See details

// you get

  • A bespoke internal tool, portal or dashboard matched to your real workflow
  • Role-based access so each team sees exactly what they should
  • Migration of your existing spreadsheet or legacy data into a proper database
  • Integrations with the tools you already run (Slack, Sheets, your CRM, your ERP)

AI-Powered Automation

I build AI automations that handle the repetitive, judgement-light work your team does by hand — reading documents, routing requests, extracting data, drafting responses, moving information between systems. Built on AI agents and MCP tool integrations, with humans kept in the loop wherever the stakes justify it.

See details

// you get

  • An automation workflow that runs on a schedule, a webhook, or on demand
  • AI agents with real tool access — your APIs, databases, files and third-party services
  • Document and data extraction pipelines (PDFs, invoices, forms, emails)
  • Human-in-the-loop approval steps wherever a mistake would be costly

AI Chatbots

Chatbots built on your documentation, product data and policies using retrieval-augmented generation — so answers come from your content, not from a model's guesses. They can look things up in your systems, hand off to a human when needed, and tell you honestly when they don't know.

See details

// you get

  • A chatbot grounded in your own documents, site content, and product data (RAG)
  • Embeddable web widget matched to your brand, plus WhatsApp or Slack where relevant
  • Tool access so it can look up real records — orders, bookings, account status
  • Source citations on answers, so users and your team can verify them

Voice & Chat Support Bots

Customer-facing support agents that handle real conversations by voice and by text — answering questions, resolving routine issues, and escalating to your team with full context when a human is genuinely needed. I solely built Rubricate, an entire agentic AI voice-interview platform running adaptive real-time voice conversations at scale — not a component of one, the whole thing.

See details

// you get

  • A voice agent that answers your phone line, understands callers, and responds naturally
  • A chat agent on your site and messaging channels sharing the same knowledge base
  • Real-time speech recognition and natural speech output with low conversational latency
  • Escalation to a human with the full conversation transcript and context attached

How we'd work together

The same five stages on every project, so you always know where things stand and what happens next.

01

Discover

A short call to understand the problem, the users, and what success actually looks like. You leave with a clear scope — no code written yet.

02

Design

Flows, data model and architecture agreed before build, so the expensive decisions get made while they're still cheap to change.

03

Build

Weekly increments to a live preview URL. You see real progress continuously instead of waiting weeks for a reveal.

04

Ship

Production deploy on your own accounts and domain, with performance, SEO, analytics and error monitoring in place.

05

Support

A support window after launch to handle whatever real users surface, then optional ongoing retainer if you want it.

// next step

Not sure which one you need?

That's normal, and it's exactly what the first call is for. Describe the problem and I'll tell you what would actually solve it — including when the answer is 'you don't need me for this'.
